Shipping & Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Mithaas. We take immense pride in crafting fresh, 100% sugar-free dry fruit sweets prepared with pure cow ghee. Your satisfaction and safe delivery are our highest priorities.
1. Shipment & Dispatch Policy
- Mithaas is committed to dispatching your orders swiftly while ensuring premium food-safe packaging to retain freshness.
- Prepaid orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 working days in metro cities, and 7 to 9 working days across the rest of India from the date of dispatch.
- Orders are processed on weekdays. During peak festival seasons or high order volumes, dispatch may experience minor delays; in such cases, updates will be communicated directly via WhatsApp or email.
- We partner with leading courier services across India to deliver your orders safely to your doorstep.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please record an unboxing video upon receiving your parcel to support any return, damage, or replacement claim.
- To report transit damage, missing items, or defective packaging, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery.
- Only damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement or return.
- Items must be unused and in their original Mithaas packaging.
- To claim a replacement, please provide your order details, images, and unboxing video to our team. Our support will review and respond within 48 working hours.
3. Cancellation Policy
Because our artisanal sweets are prepared fresh in small batches upon confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled once processed or dispatched. If you need urgent order assistance, please reach out immediately via our WhatsApp support.
4. Refund Processing
In approved cases of refund or returned damaged items, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or bank account within 5 to 7 business days following claim verification.
