Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as our sweets are prepared fresh to order.

Refund Policy

Please Note: Since sweets are perishable items, we do not accept returns.

However, if you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, you are eligible for a refund. To process this, you must:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and delivery details.
  • Share clear unboxing video and photographs of the product and packaging.

Once verified, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
