By using Mithaas, you indicate that you have understood these Terms and Conditions and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our website implies acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order with Mithaas, you are making an offer to purchase our products. An order confirmation email or SMS does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order (in whole or in part) at our discretion, including due to unavailability of items or operational limitations.

The customer is solely responsible for selecting products appropriate for their needs. Mithaas will not be liable for incorrect product selection.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Mithaas reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We generally dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery time is 6–9 days depending on your location. Delivery may be delayed during festivals, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Mithaas will not be liable for delays beyond our control, but the order will remain valid and serviceable.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is correct and accessible for courier delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

Since our sweets are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, refunds are available in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product upon delivery

To process a refund, customers must provide an unboxing video and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted. Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Food Safety & Allergens

All Mithaas products are prepared with pure and natural ingredients. However, our sweets may contain allergens like nuts, dairy, or gluten. It is the customer’s responsibility to check product ingredients before consumption. Mithaas will not be held liable for allergic reactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, including copyright, in this website and its content are owned by or licensed to Mithaas. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of the website’s content for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mithaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability, if any, will be limited to the value of the order placed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan.
