Shipping Policy

  • Mithaas is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring safe and hygienic packaging.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Estimated delivery time is 6–9 days depending on your location.
  • Orders are shipped on weekdays only. In case of high order volumes, dispatch may take longer. If so, you will be informed via email or message.
  • We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure timely and safe delivery. If your area is not serviceable by private couriers, we may ship via India Post after confirmation.

Refund Policy

Please Note: Since sweets are perishable items, we do not accept returns.

However, if you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, you are eligible for a refund. To process this, you must:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and delivery details.
  • Share clear unboxing video and photographs of the product and packaging.

Once verified, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
